Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and personable Office Administrator to join our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both English and Malayalam, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in computer applications and basic accounting. This role requires a self-motivated individual with experience in tele sales, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to support various office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Telecalling: Proactively reach out to potential customers and provide initial information on our offerings.
Client Relations: Promptly follow up with clients to build relationships and support sales efforts.
Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations for prospective clients.
Basic Financial Management: Assist in financial tasks, including basic accounting and record-keeping.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (written and spoken).
Strong computer literacy; experience with office applications and software.
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and telecommunication skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and committed to maintaining high standards.
